Just want to add after reading all the reviews. The ladies are talented in their technique, but just haven’t mastered their craft. In these modern days women go for more of the thicker fuller look, I came in and left out with thin lines that almost looked like straight line eyebrows, no arch, not even nothing left enough to play with and draw some thickness in myself, waaaay too thin, if you can master a , thicker ombré eyebrow look. Your clientele will be dedicated to come back. I hope this review helps. Overall great confidence and customer service .

I went for a visit there yesterday and I just loved the service! Kalpa was so very nice to me and extremely patient with me when doing my eyelashes! She made sure that I was alright throughout the process and kept me calm! Also, this was the very first time I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and omg I just love the results! Thank you Kalpa! I will be visiting again!!

Very sweet lady. But my eyebrows were BOTCHED... they started off thick and full. She ended up making them uneven, and even took away my arch. Now, I have to fill-in/draw them and let me grow. The picture below shows you when my eyebrows are raised and when they are not. This is so funny, but not cute. Not to include this was around the holiday season.
